This gem has been made my melting rare white sea glass. I think of all my sea glass gems as being influenced by the moon, as they originally came to me after being gently tumbled for years by the tides - dictated by the pull of the moon. But this one really has a lunar feel to it!

For me the three 9k recycled gold spheres represent light, love and hope in the darkness. The recycled silver has been given a black patina using liver of sulphur which makes the gold stand out even more brightly.
