Symbolising self-love, healing, and protection

In herbal lore, hawthorn has long been associated with the heart - believed to soothe anxiety, encourage self-love, and offer gentle emotional healing.

This pendant is part of an ongoing collection inspired by ancient coin talismans and the quiet beauty of found materials. I have always loved discovering wild clay on walks in nature, and began experimenting with carefully hand-forming small clay discs, inspired partly by ancient Roman coins found near where I live.

Each pendant is cast in recycled silver, preserving the softly weathered texture and organic imperfections of the original handmade form. Designed to feel like a small unearthed relic, the Hawthorn pendant carries a sense of history, symbolism, and connection to the natural world.

Handmade in small batches using recycled silver. The pendant measures around 8mm across. Each one  is made to order so will be ready for dispatch in 1-2 weeks
